Limas Beans With Pimento and Sour Cream

Instructions

1. Cook lima beans or butter peas according to package directions. Do not overcook. Drain and season with butter, salt and black pepper to taste.

2. Gently stir in pimento, green onions, sour cream and add milk or cream if mixture needs a little more liquid. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick coating.

3. Place in preheated 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
