Preheat ove to 450(F). In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, lemon juice and zest (or extract). Fold in meringue egg white. Bake and then freeze. 10 minutes before serving, remove from freezer and top with a dollop of whipping cream and garnish with a piece of mint. Outstanding! Best lemon pie in town:)
