Lemon Herb Brush On

In a small saucepan melt butter or margarine, then add rest of ingredients. Brush evenly onto meat or fish. Brush occasionally with remaining brush on during the first half of grilling. Discard remaining brush on. Makes enough for 3 lbs of meat or fish. Suggested for pork,poultry, or fish.
