Lemon Cake

This recipe is delious and so moist. The secret is have the eggs at room temp. before preparing, if not don't even bother.
Mix all ingredients added one egg at a time. Bake into a bunt pan (greased) at 350 degree for 30-40 or until cake is lite brown.
Icing:
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz ) cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla, heaping
confection sugar until you have reached the texture of frosting you like, it usually takes a whole bag of conf. sugar because I like lots of icing.
