Lawry's Louisiana Hot and Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 lbs. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bottle (12 oz.) Lawry's ® Louisiana Red Pepper Marinade With Lemon Juice, divided
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 15 minutes

Instructions

In large resealable plastic bag, combine shrimp and 1 cup Louisiana Red Pepper Marinade; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove shrimp from bag, discarding used marinade. Thread shrimp on skewers. Grill over medium-high heat, brushing with remaining Marinade, until shrimp just turn pink, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Makes 10 appetizer or 5 entree servings.
