Larado Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breast
- 12 Corn Tortillas
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Green Chile Salsa
- 1 small Onion ( diced )
- 1/2 lbs. Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
Instructions
Bake the chicken until tender , and dice . Cut up the tortillas . Mix soup , salsa , onion , add tortilla , and chicken ( layered with cheese )
Bake for 40 min. at 350 degrees.
