Kielbasa
Ingredients
- 1 cabbage
- 2 lbs red new potatoes
- 1 lb carrots
- 2 medium onions
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. Kielbasa sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. water
Instructions
Quarter cabbage head and spread it around on bottom of large pot. Add potatoes (cut them in half if they are a little large). Cut carrots into 2" size pcs and add on top of potatoes and then add onions on top of that. Add bite-size pcs of sausage. Add salt, pepper and water.
In approx. 20 minutes, check to see if veggies are done. When done, it is ready to serve.
