Kelly's Honey Mustard Chicken Stir-fry
Ingredients
- 1 small-medium bottle of your fave honey mustard salad dressing
- 1 bag of frozen stir-fry veggies (or fresh ones too, doesn't matter :))
- 2-3 breasts of chicken
- Rice
Instructions
Heat of a wok (or skillet) and spray it well with cooking spray. Add the veggies and diced chicken to the pan and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes. Cook your rice at the same time. Drizzle half of the honey mustard dressing over the veg and chicken, mix it up and continue cooking - stirring occasionally until chicken is fully cooked. When rice is finished cooking, add it to the chicken and veg and pour the rest of the dressing in, mix and serve.
