Kat's Loosemeat Sandwiches

Lightly cover the bottom of your frying pan with oil and then generously sprinkle salt over the oil. Add your ground chuck and onions. As you cook, mash the meat with a wooden spoon til it's all in tiny bits. When your meat is brown, drain it and return to the skillet. Sprinkle your sugars over the meat then add your mustard, vinegar and worcestershire sauce. Mix into the meat. Add enough water to cover the meat and then let it cook down til the water is gone then season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.. Let this cook a bit longer (5 minutes or so). Server on hamburger buns.

I made this last night and my husband ate it mashed potatoes and no bun:) He really liked it.
