This recipe stops short of my big chicken salad. This is very simple and makes delicious sandwiches. It tastes even better if it's chilled for a while:)
Tear your chicken up really well, into a bowl. Add celery and onions and then mayonaise. Add enough mayo to moisten the mixture really well, but not sloppy.
Spread on any of your favorite breads. ENJOY!
