Shred your chicken in a bowl and add your onions, celery, almond slivers and pineapple tidbits. Stir together. Add your mayonaise. I never cook things like this by a recipe just by sight so add enough mayo to moisten. Taste and if you need a little more, add a little more. But be careful not to add to much and cover up the wonderful flavors in this salad:)
Serve on a bed of assorted greens with various fruits surrounding it. It's really impressive looking (and tasting!)
