"IT DON'T MATTER"

When your family responds, "It don't matter" when asked what they want for supper serve this.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown beef with onion until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in stewed tomatoes, corn, Rotel tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Stir well. Pour mixture into a large casserole dish. Top with cheese. Combine corn meal, beaten egg, and milk. Pour over the top of casserole and bake. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and top is lightly browned (cornbread topping is done).
