Honey Drop Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp cold butter
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Cut butter into flour mixture until it resembles coarse meal.

Combine half and half with honey. Stir to blend honey with half and half.

Mix half and half mixture with dry ingredients. Don't over mix.

Drop by the spoonful or shape into biscuits onto baking sheet.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with butter and honey. Delicious!!
