Brown hamburger meat with onion, then mix in chedder cheese.In seperate pan mix soup,milk,and grated american cheese.Cook on low heat until cheese is melted, chop in peppers. Heat tortilla's in a small amount of grease until flimsy,only a few seconds then lay them aside.When finished put a spoonful of meat mixture into each shell. Line meat filled shells in a sheetcake pan and pour sauce over them. Bake at 350 degree until sauce is bubbly and slightly brown.
