Greek Salad Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a sealed container and shake well to mix.

Serve mixed with romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes and big crusty croutons. Add some feta cheese for a little extra!

Dressing on it's own will keep 2 days in the fridge.
