Gingersnap Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup crushed gingersnaps
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar or syrup
  • 2-4 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 2 cans(16 oz. each) pork & beans
  • 1/4 cup catsup

Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Put in 1-1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake at 375(F) for 30 minutes.
Serves 6-8.
