Garlic Pull-Aparts
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 T. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh garlic, finely choppped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 loaf frozen whole wheat or white bread dough, thawed and cut into 32 pieces
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, onion, garlic and salt.
Dip bread dough into butter mixture. Arrange bread dough in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or souffle dish. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in size. heat oven to 375(F). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. If bread begins to brown to fast, shield with aluminum foil. Cool 10 minutes. Invert pan to remove bread. Serve warm. Serves 8.
