Garlic Potatoes with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 lg. potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • Garlic salt to taste

Instructions

Whip all ingredients together. Put in casserole and bake until hot throughout (about 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.).
Can be refrigerated or frozen head. Allow time to get to room temperature before baking. Serves 4-6.
