Game Day Beer Brats and Kraut
Ingredients
- 2 bottles dark beer
- 1 jar sauerkraut
- 1 pkg brats
- rolls for the brats
- mustard
Instructions
In a hot skillet, pour 2 bottles of dark beer. It will foam, but that's ok. To this add your sauerkraut (juice and all). Place brats on top of the kraut. Simmer over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes. Place a brat in each bun. using a slotted spoon, cover brat with sauerkraut. Drizzle mustard on top of kraut.
