Flour Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 4c flour
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 50 gr. lard(about 1/5 c.) (?)
  • 1 tsp.salt

Instructions

Knead all ingredients together. Place in fridge overnight.
Take it back out about 2-3 hours before using the dough the next day.Roll them out on floured surface and brown lightly in a very hot frying pan without any fat at all.
This recipe makes 4 large, thin tortillas.

Can make a bunch a head of time and then put parchment paper in between them to freeze.
