Easy Mac n Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • a bit of milk

Instructions

In a 2 quart saucepan, put 4 cups of water and a dot of butter or margarine (this will keep the pasta from boiling over). Add about a 1/2 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil and then add your macaroni. Bring to another boil (stir a couple of times so the macaroni doesn't clump together). Boil your pasta til it's tender (not mushy). Drain. In the pot of macaroni, add your tablespoon of butter, can of cheddar cheese and a bit of milk to make it creamy (about 1/2 can-or to your liking).

We like to microwave a couple of hotdogs (on high for about a minute) and chop them up and add them to the mac n cheese. Or you can drain a can of tuna and add that into this.
