Easy Chocolate Chip Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 ounces) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 Tbl confectioners' sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325(F) (165C). Lighly grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together cake mix, instant pudding, and sugar. Add water, oil, eggs, and sour cream; mix until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared Bundt pan.
Bake in the preheated oven to 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioner's sugar before cutting and serving.
