Drunk Chicken
Ingredients
- 1, 12oz can of beer or coke (if the chicken is driving:)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Red pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Or, just use Tony Chachere's :)
Instructions
Season your chicken and rub well.
Grilling Directions:
Open can of beer or coke and place seasoned chicken on can. Pull the flap of the chicken over the hole where the head once was. Pin the flap with toothpicks. This will keep the chicken moist with the juices from both the chicken and the beer. Cook the chicken in a pie pan in order to catch the juices from the chicken. Place on the grill away from the coals. Cook at 350 for about 1 ½ hours or until done. Enjoy!
My brother Justin makes this all the time and it's always comes out moist and delicious!
