Ingredients

  • 1 can Tomato Soup (best if you use Campbells or a quality soup. Generic doesn't taste as good)
  • 1/2-3/4 can Milk
  • 1-2 tbsp. Butter
  • 3 slices American Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Grated Paremsan Cheese
  • 2 c. Elbow Macaroni

Instructions

In a 2 quart baking dish, combine soup & milk. Cut butter over the top. Top w/ american cheese. Microwave long enough for cheese to melt (you don't actually want to cook the mixture. 350 for 15 min is fine.
Meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni until it's almost done (should be a little firm). Drain and stir into tomato mixture, along w/ the parmesan cheese. Add a little pepper if you want. If mixture seems thick, add a bit more milk. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot & bubbly.

top w/ additonal parmesan cheese if desired.
