Cowboy Beans with Smoked Sausage

Saut� the onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic in the olive oil in a Dutch oven until onions are partially cooked. Add the sausage. Saut� until onions are tender. Add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, chiles, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, liquid smoke, salt, black pepper, red pepper, pinto beans, red beans, kidney beans, Northern beans and pork and beans and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 � to 1 � hours.

This is another recipe of my sister-in-law's (they live in Arkansas). She makes it quite often for my brother (of course she cuts the recipe down to suit).
