Chocolate Chip Pie Mix
Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
- 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of coconut
- 1/2 cup of pecans
Instructions
Combine:
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of all purpose flour in airtight jar.
In an airtight packet, to put inside jar also, but sep. from dry ingredients :
1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of coconut
1/2 cup of pecans.
TAG:
Directions: Combine 1/4 cup of melted butter, the dry ingredients, and 2 large eggs. Stir until dry ingredients are moist.
Stir in chocolate chip packet. Spoon into 9" unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.
