Chicken Pesto
Ingredients
- 1 7oz pkg Buitoni Pesto with Basil
- 8oz bowtie pasta, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup grated parmasan cheese
- 1 or 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- Pickapeppa sauce (about half a bottle)
- olive oil
Instructions
Toss pasta with few tablespoons olive oil to prevent sticking. Add Pesto, parmasan, chicken and about half a bottle of Pickapeppa sauce and mix well. (Adjust amount of Pickapeppa sauce to taste, it's spicy!)
