Char's Cajun Stuffed Round Steak
Ingredients
- Cajun Seasoning
- 2 beef round steaks
- 1 large potato, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 TB chopped garlic
- Baking dish large enough to hold steaks flat
Instructions
Season steaks with Cajun spices. Lay one steak down in baking dish. Lay potatoes over steak, then cover with veggies. Top with other steak. Bake at 350 for about two hours -- until steaks are tender. Enjoy! This is really a treat. Goes well with rice dressing, ranch style beans, or any side dish of choice.
