Brennen's Yellow Rice (even though it's red:)

Take Med. size sauce pan, cover bottom of pan with a cooking oil, and instant rice to desired amount, about 1 1/2 to 2 cups (depending on servings), stir rice and oil together for about 2 min let oil and rice heat up, Use Crushed Tomatoes (we use about 7 oz), stir slowly and consistently so it will not stick to pan. Allow to cook like this for about 2 min... Depending on the amount of rice add water to pan ( you don't want to add a lot of water you already have liquid on the rice from the crushed tomatoes.) Add water slowly and stir... DO NOT PUT BACK ON HEAT. Cover and wait about 5 min stir again recover and ENJOY!!!
