Bracciole

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup each Parmesan and Romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 cup italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 pounds thin cut sirloin steak
  • salt,pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 8 oz. proscuitto
  • parsley

Instructions

Saute' onions and mushroom in butter. Add bread crumbs, cheese and mushrooms. Fold in Garlic. Lay steak out and place proscuitto on each piece. Fill with bread crumb mixture. Roll up into a spiral and secure with a toothpick. Braise in olive oil. Sprinkle with parsley.
