Bob's Peanut Butter Ice Cream

In a blender conatiner combine milk, sugar, peanut butter and salt. Cover; blend till smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in cream, peanuts and vanilla. Freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions. If desired, cover and freeze several hours to ripen.
