Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. shallot, finely minced
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, stirring well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
