Bacon Cheese Pie

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Beat eggs slightly in a bowl. Beat milk, salt, black pepper and red pepper, if using. Pour into pie shell.
2. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 and bake 30 minutes longer, or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
