Aunt Carolyn's Meat Pie
Ingredients
- 1 (9inch) pie shell
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c. Guyer Cheese, grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 T. green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 T. cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown ground beef (or sausage) in oin in skillet.Drain off excess oil. Combine with rest of ingredients and place mixture in pie shell. Bake at 350(F) for 20-30 minutes or until mixture sets. Allow to cool a few minutes before slicing to serve.
