This is like a club sandwich. You can either toast or leave it untoasted. Using 3 different types of bread, one layer of egg salad, one layer of ham salad and 1 layer of pimento and cheese. Garnish with lettuce and tomato if desired.
(you can also make it a lot easier by buying your salads at the local deli:)
